During my recent stay at this hotel, I was particularly intrigued by the culinary offerings available at Shakariki Restaurant. The menu featured a delightful variety of dishes, each carefully crafted with a blend of local ingredients and international influences. Dining there felt reflective of both my British palate and my adventurous spirit as a landscape photographer, seeking flavors that inspire creativity. While I enjoyed my meals, I did hope for a few more familiar breakfast options to accompany the expertly prepared Asian dishes. The ambiance, blending modern elegance with touches of cultural heritage, created an inviting space conducive for relaxation. Alongside the exemplary service, which mirrored my experiences in Japan, it was reassuring to have the dedicated staff accommodate specific dietary requests, ensuring that every meal was both satisfying and memorable. For fellow food enthusiasts, this hotel is a culinary destination worthy of exploration.
